I first began working with Shawnette with Cain Real Estate about 4 years ago when she helped me purchase a piece of property so that I could build a new house on it. Having her help me with that transaction gave me a great deal of peace of mind, especially when she discovered that there was a problem with the deed and had the seller correct the problem before we proceeded.

Four years later and after such a great experience with Shawnette, I used her services to SELL the home that I built! Within a FEW SHORT WEEKS the sale was complete and I was happy as could be - and so were the buyers!!

Shawnette was EXTREMELY communicative and ALWAYS available via cell phone or text to answer any questions I had or to give me tips and tricks and pointers throughout the entire sales process.
